Reverberance Ltd (“Reverberance”, “we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect your personal data, in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

回响吹打团（Reverberance Ltd，以下简称“我们”）尊重您的隐私。本政策说明我们如何依照新加坡《2012 年个人资料保护法令》（PDPA）收集、使用、披露及保护您的个人资料。

1. Personal data we collect我们收集的个人资料

Your name, email address, phone number and postal address.您的姓名、电邮、电话号码及通讯地址。
Details you give us when you contact us, book a performance, buy tickets, sign up for our news or join our programmes.您在联系我们、邀请演出、购票、订阅消息或参与活动时提供的资料。
For donations: the amount, date and transaction reference, so we can issue receipts and report to funders.捐款方面：捐款数额、日期及转账记录，以便发出收据及向资助机构汇报。
For school programmes: only what the school gives us, such as student names and class lists.学校课程方面：只限校方提供的资料，例如学生姓名及班级名单。
We do not ask for NRIC numbers.我们不会要求身份证号码。

2. How we use it资料用途

To reply to your enquiries.回复您的查询。
To arrange performances, workshops and school programmes.安排演出、工作坊及学校课程。
To process donations, issue receipts and acknowledge donors.处理捐款、发出收据及鸣谢捐款者。
To manage ticketing and event attendance.处理票务及活动出席。
To send you news about our concerts, if you have agreed to receive it.在您同意的情况下，向您发送音乐会消息。
To report to funders and regulators, and to comply with the law.向资助机构及监管单位汇报，并遵守法律规定。

3. Photography and filming活动拍摄

Our concerts and events may be photographed and filmed.我们的音乐会及活动可能会被拍照或录影。
By attending, you acknowledge that you may appear in these images.出席活动即表示您知悉自己可能出现在相关影像中。
Images may be used on our website, social media, printed materials and reports to funders.相关影像可能用于我们的网站、社交媒体、印刷品及呈交资助机构的报告。

4. Who we share it with资料披露

We do not sell your personal data.我们不会出售您的个人资料。
Service providers who help us run our work, such as ticketing agents, banks and payment providers, our website host and email services.协助我们运作的服务提供者，例如票务代理、银行及付款服务、网站寄存及电邮服务。
Our auditors.我们的审计师。
Government agencies and funders where required, such as the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth (Cultural Matching Fund) and the Commissioner of Charities.有需要时的政府机构及资助单位，例如文化、社区及青年部（文化配对基金）及慈善总监。
Anyone else only where the law requires it.除此之外，只在法律要求时披露。

5. Our website我们的网站

Our website is hosted by Wix and uses Google services for fonts and maps. These may record basic technical details such as your IP address and browser type.本网站由 Wix 寄存，并使用 Google 的字体及地图服务，可能记录基本技术资料，例如 IP 地址及浏览器类型。
We do not use advertising cookies or track you across other sites.我们不使用广告追踪程序，也不会跨网站追踪您。

6. Transfers outside Singapore资料转移至新加坡境外

Some service providers, including our website host, may store data outside Singapore.部分服务提供者（包括网站寄存商）可能将资料储存在新加坡境外。

7. Keeping it safe资料保护
